What exactly is Crucible?
Crucible is a 2-year, full-time business school in Mumbai—built for students with potential, not privilege. Designed by industry, powered by real-world learning, and focused on outcomes. No fluff, no inflated promises. If you’re ready to work, we’re ready to back you.
How is Crucible different from other MBA colleges?
We don’t rely on long lectures or generic theory. At Crucible, you’ll do 200+ real assignments, 100 days of apprenticeship, live projects, and hands-on tool training. You won’t just graduate—you’ll be job-ready from day one.
Is this programme officially recognized?
Crucible is a Post Graduate Programme in Management (PGPM) offered by a registered private education company. What makes it valuable is not the label—but the outcomes. Recruiters care about what you can do, not what your certificate says.
Will the curriculum be too intense for someone with an average academic record?
It’ll push you. But if you show up and do the work, you’ll thrive. We’ve built Crucible for people who’ve been underestimated on paper—but are ready to prove themselves.
What is the total fee?
You pay only 67% of your placement salary. If you get ₹10L CTC, you pay ₹6.7L. If it’s ₹8L, you get ₹1.34L refunded. If it’s ₹12L, you pay ₹67K extra. Paid in 4 parts. No loans. No burden.
Why link the fee to salary?
Because we only win if you do. This model keeps us accountable—and makes sure you’re not overpaying for underwhelming outcomes.
What happens if I don’t get placed?
If you consistently underperform despite all support, the outcome-linked fee gets capped at ₹6.7L. But you’ll get monthly progress reports and intervention plans long before that ever happens.
Do I need a loan to study here?
No. You pay in 4 instalments spread across 6–8 months. No large upfront payments. No forced financing partners.
What kind of roles will I get?
Roles in digital marketing, brand, product, content, sales, D2C, e-commerce, HR, and operations—at new-age companies that value skill over stamp. These are jobs that grow careers, not just fill seats.
What salary can I expect?
Projected CTC: ₹8–12L. You’ll see actual student-wise numbers, role breakdowns, and company names—not vague averages. Our placement process is 100% transparent.
Do companies already hire from Crucible?
Yes. We’ve partnered with high-growth D2C brands, Tech-SaaS startups, and digital-first companies. You’ll work on live projects with them even before placements begin.
Is placement guaranteed?
No. But it’s designed to happen. From the first week, we align your learning to job roles. We coach you, track your progress, and connect you to recruiters. Our model depends on your outcome.
Where is Crucible located?
In Chandivali-Powai, Mumbai—inside a premium co-working hub. You’ll study where actual businesses operate. It’s not about campus size—it’s about proximity to opportunity.
Why not a traditional campus?
Because you shouldn’t pay for lawns and unused buildings. We invest in teaching, tools, and mentors—not in marble.
Is accommodation available?
Yes. We help you find safe, affordable PGs and flats close to campus. You’re not alone in this—our team guides you through it.
Will I find a like-minded peer group?
Absolutely. You’ll be part of a 30-student founding batch. Everyone’s here for the same reason: they want more—and they’re ready to earn it.
Who can apply?
Any graduate, from any stream. Ideal for those with 0–2 years experience. No cutoffs, no rigid filters. If you’ve got intent and fire, we want to meet you.
Do I need CAT, XAT or GMAT?
No. If you have a score, great. If not, just take the Crucible Test. We use scores only for benchmarking—not for rejection.
What’s the admission process?

Why are there only 30 seats?
